Water is one of the most damaging forces on earth and can destroy a home quickly.

Your Mobile Home skirting can also be a source of moisture issues.  

It is very important to have ventilation in your skirting. Moisture under your home can become condensation and cause serious problems in your home. To prevent condensation from your dryer vent, make sure its vented outside and not in your crawlspace.
