Mobile home living is a valuable alternative to conventional home building. In 2003 legendary investor Warren Buffett bought Clayton Homes for $1.7 billion.

The manufactured homes of 2017 are nothing like the mobile homes of 1957. Today's manufactured housing is better constructed and much better looking and tons cheaper then standard conventional site built houses.
