According to new Census figures an estimated 20 Million Americans Live in a mobile Home.

Mobile Homes make up 6.4% of the US housing sector and there are about 8.5 million of them.

Trailer parks are now manufactured home communities with increased consumer interest in retirement and vacation homes.

Todays manufactured home communities are competing with planned housing devolopments but with more affordable prices.
